01. Natural Integrity
Expect to train barefoot or with minimalist focus. We prioritize the connection between the foot's architecture and the natural floor. Large, padded athletic shoes are discouraged to allow the nervous system to process the terrain accurately.
02. Environmental Immersion
We do not provide equipment because we use the world as it is. Rocks, inclines, and the resistance of the elements are our tools. This ensures your development is adaptable and useful in any athletic context beyond the community sessions.
03. Collective Discipline
Punctuality and respect for the local environment are mandatory. Every session begins with a joint assessment of grounding before we move into integrated tension patterns. We are a community of practitioners, not spectators.
